1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ModelForgeLab you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use ModelForgeLab to host, discover, and download model adapters for personal and commercial projects, subject to the license attached to each adapter. You must not reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in a way that degrades availability for other users.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at support@modelforgelab.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Intellectual Property
Adapters published on this instance are governed by their individual licenses (Apache 2.0, MIT, or CC-BY-4.0 as indicated). The platform itself is proprietary software.
5. Limitation of Liability
ModelForgeLab is provided "as is". We make no warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
